Romina holds degrees in both Marketing and Accounting, but her business education started long before college. Raised in a family where work was simply part of life, she began working alongside her father - an accountant and entrepreneur himself - the moment she entered high school, taking on bank reconciliations and administrative tasks. That early hands-on experience gave her a firsthand understanding of how a business truly runs, and an early appreciation for the everyday challenges business owners face.

Outside of work, Romina's world centers on her 16-year-old daughter, the absolute light of her life, and the partner she loves deeply. She cherishes the time she spends with them, whether cooking together or exploring new restaurants and flavors around town. She also makes time for the gym and for reading, and shares her home with a cat and a dog that, by all accounts, she spoils rotten.
