Culture first
We learn your values, working style and team dynamics before we write a single outreach message. Skills get someone hired. Fit keeps them.
A senior recruiter headhunts your next hire directly. You meet only candidates who have cleared two rounds of interviews, each with a written profile explaining why they fit your team.
Most recruiters start with a job board. We start with your culture: what your team values, how it works, and the traits that separate a good hire from a great one at your company.
We learn your values, working style and team dynamics before we write a single outreach message. Skills get someone hired. Fit keeps them.
A senior recruiter goes after the people who are good at the job right now, including the ones who aren't looking. You get reach a job board can't give you.
Every candidate you meet has cleared our interview rounds on skills, motivation and culture. You spend your time on finalists, not first calls.
Every search follows the same seven steps. We run the process, and you make every final decision.
Kickoff
Step 1
We write or refine the job description, confirm worker classification (employee or contractor, exempt or non-exempt), analyze market pay for the role and location, and build your screening questions.
Step 2
Our senior recruiter meets your hiring manager to learn the role, the team, and your values. Sourcing starts only after this conversation.
Step 2
Step 3
We headhunt candidates through professional networks and our talent pipeline, then screen them against the profile we built together.
Step 4
Our recruiter conducts the first interview. An HR Prose advisor conducts the second and removes anyone who isn't qualified. We handle all the scheduling.
Step 4
Step 5
You receive three to five finalists, each with a written candidate profile. If the field is thinner, the list is shorter, because we never pad it with people we wouldn't hire ourselves.
Step 6
You run the final rounds. We help you structure the offer and lead the negotiation with your candidate.
Step 6
Step 7
Thirty days after the start date, we check in with you and your new hire to catch anything that needs attention early.
Hired
If your hire leaves within three months of their start date, we run the search again with no additional placement fee. Terms apply.

No. A senior recruiter headhunts candidates directly through professional networks and our existing talent pipeline. That keeps your search confidential and your inbox free of unqualified applicants.
No. You can run other searches or hire on your own. If you hire someone we presented to you, the placement fee applies to that hire.
We give you a timing estimate at kickoff and keep you updated as the search moves. Timing depends on the role, the market, and the compensation you approve. Returning feedback within three business days keeps strong candidates from taking other offers.
If your new hire leaves within three months of their start date, we run the search again with no additional placement fee. The guarantee is a replacement search rather than a refund, and terms apply.
Yes. We recruit primarily in the US and Argentina, and the same 20% fee applies. You're the contracting party with the hire. For HR Prose clients, we include an evaluation of US worker classification.
You can cancel at any time. The retainer isn't refunded.
Pre-employment screening is completed by you before an offer goes out. For US clients on Gusto, we can set up background check administration through Gusto, and reference checks are available as an add-on.
You do. We advise you through the decision, help structure the offer, and lead the negotiation, but every hiring decision and offer term is yours.
Book a call. We'll talk through the role, your culture, and your timeline, and you'll leave with clear next steps whether or not we work together.
