Meredith graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Hospitality. She soon discovered the importance of treating employees as consumers rather than, well, employees. Her world was opened to Human Resources and she never looked back! She is a SHRM-certified professional with over six years of experience in HR in a variety of industries. Meredith is passionate about supporting teams by offering her HR expertise and pushing them forward. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, researching menus of new restaurants, perhaps visiting said restaurants, and spending time with her family and two tuxedo cats.
